Courtney Hannon is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is board certified to treat both children and adults. She works in the West End Building at the West End Office location.
Courtney is passionate about providing a multimodal holistic approach to her clients using evidence-based collaborative treatment options ensuring all of her clients receive optimal care. She believes that building a compassionate and trusting relationship with her clients is the foundation to an individual’s success. Her expertise is in treating clients who are experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, posttraumatic stress disorders, OCD, ADHD, & depression.
For her formal education, Courtney graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She continued her education at Lynchburg College where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then completed her training back at Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She has an abundance of experience in both the inpatient and outpatient clinical settings dealing with behavioral health crisis interventions.
Courtney’s personal interests include adventures with her dog, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
