Brittni Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University in 2011 and a Masters in Social Work from Norfolk State University in 2016. Areas of specialty include; anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, stress management, healthy relationships, adjusting to change, and life transitions. Preferred modalities include; cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and mindfulness techniques.
Brittni’s goal with working with clients and families is to assist them with living self-fulfilling and enjoyable lives. Her goal is to make each and every client feel comfortable upon the initial visit that they gain the strength and courage to make great strides towards their identified needs in an environment that they feel safe in. Brittani believes in making each person matter and listening to every voice because your voice matters. She believes strongly in fostering healthy relationships, helping maintain strong and healthy families, and combating any struggles within childhood to build the healthy adult.
Brittni has experience working in school, community, and private practice settings. Prior to private practice she worked at Western Tidewater CSB, Hampton Newport News CSB, and Colonial Behavioral Health.
