Our Approach To Chilren's Services

It is particularly important when treating children to have a thorough understanding of the presenting problem, the medical and developmental history, pertinent school issues, and family circumstances. Accordingly, we encourage parents to participate actively in the evaluation process and to stay involved as treatment progresses.

There may even be times when our child specialists will want to obtain information from or consult with your child’s teachers or other school staff. This “comprehensive” approach ensures that the child’s difficulties are fully understood and effectively addressed.
